The customer has the right to return products within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is intact and has not undergone any change. The customer bears the full shipping costs (sending shipping cost and return shipping cost), and the product costs will be refunded to the customer within 5 days after receiving the product and confirming its safety.
The customer has the right to exchange any product for another before the shipment is sent.
Returns due to a manufacturing defect or damage caused by the shipping process will not incur any shipping charges on the customer.
If the shipping was free for the customer, and the customer requests a return without a reason, the customer bears the cost of the sent shipment and the returned shipment.
After the shipment is sent, the customer has the right to exchange within 7 days of receiving the shipment, and the exchange is subject to the availability of the alternative product. The customer bears the cost of the shipment for the alternative product, the returned shipment, and any price difference if applicable.
If there is a defect in the products or one of the products, or if it does not match the specifications specified at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 7 days. In this case, the customer must send the order invoice, and the product will be shipped if available or compensated with the product's value.
Returns are not accepted after 3 days from the date of receipt, and exchanges are not accepted after 7 days.
If the product has changed from its original condition, the customer has no right to return it.
In case of website hacking or technical errors, the company has the right to cancel orders, apologize to the customer, and refund the full amount without any deduction within 3 to 10 working days.
If the product stock is exhausted after completing the order, the company has the right not to ship the entire order and to refund the amount to the customer, or to ship the order in parts after contacting the customer.
For cash-on-delivery orders, if the product stock is exhausted, the company has the right to cancel the order and apologize to the customer.
The customer is not entitled to return after using the product beyond the purpose of trial.
